1. get a little small bowl.
2. pour an ounce of olive oil and a pinch o sugar.
3. mix the solution together.
4. put it on your lips.
5.leave 5-10 min
it really moisterizes the lips. trust me. it works
try coconut oil. It can be used on your hair, skin, and even for cooking . You can find it at most food stores. It comes in a solid form but just dip it in some warm water and it will turn to liquid. Rub it on the affected areas, then wipe off excess and you will be good to go
Also, it has no smell.
If you are looking for a lotion, try Ahava. It is from Isreal and can be found at some larger Bath and Body Works Stores or online. It works on all types of skin, has a nice smell and works wonders.
Tea Tree oil – it’s not a home remedy, but I bought it for $ 2.95 in some place where they also sold Burt’s Bees Wax stuff (but not the same stuff) – - It’s like a lip balm, but just putit around your lips at night, it looks oily, but doesn’t cause acne. I put it on my 5 yr old all the time – she gets like a red chapped area around her mouth when it’s cold. Hope it works as well for you.

Vasaline and intensive care chapstick before bed.
And make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, That’s the biggest cause of chapped lips.
