Why do I get mouth sores every time I make out with my boyfriend?

Every time I see my boyfriend which is like once a week, and certainly we make out, I get a minor sore in my mouth. Either on my tongue or the inside of my cheek and they go absent following a number of days. I really don’t feel he will get em though so why do I preserve acquiring them?
